Q: CAN I JUST SKIP TURO OR DRIVESHARE AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH PLANO RED CAR?
A: At this time we rent cars exclusively on the Turo and DriveShare platform.

Q: CAN YOU QUOTE ME THE FINAL PRICE OF A RENTAL?
A: We suggest you determine the exact full cost of your trip by beginning the booking process on Turo or DriveShare. Both platforms make it relatively quick and easy to see the final price of your trip before checkout. In addition to our listed trip price, the final price on Turo will include a service charge and the addition of optional add-ons (young driver fee, additional protection, delivery, extras…). We find DriveShare's listing price is often very close to the final price.

Q: CAN I LEAVE MY OWN CAR WITH YOU DURING MY RENTAL PERIOD?
A: You are welcome to store your regular ride with us during your trip for hassle-free pick up and drop off.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR ISSUE DURING MY RENTAL PERIOD?
A: Once your trip is booked, you’ll be provided with our phone number and access to Turo and DriveShare's messenger service. Should any issues arise, please contact us by phone or by Turo or DriveShare's messenger service.

Q: Where will I pick up the car once I've booked my trip?
A: Our pick-up is located in south Plano. Turo or DriveShare will provide you with the address once your trip is approved.

Q:HOW DO YOU HANDLE TOLL ROAD CHARGES?
A: Unlike national rental companies, we provider a toll tag free of charge. You’ll be responsible for any accrued toll charges during your trip, which will be calculated at the discounted express toll rate. Turo and DriveShare will send you a reimbursement request after your trip has ended.

Q: DO YOU CLEAN THE CARS BETWEEN RENTALS?
A: We take pride in providing clean cars to our guests. Exteriors are washed and interiors are vacuumed and wiped down between each trip.

Q: DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE CAR BEFORE RETURNING?
A: We ask that you remove any trash prior to your return. You do not need to clean the exterior. Keep in mind, any excessive cleaning required (spills, stains) are subject to a cleaning charge.

Q: CAN I TAKE MY RENTAL TO THE RACE TRACK OR GO FOUR-WHEELING?
A: Please no racing, autocross, off-roading, towing or other activities that might damage vehicle or cause excessive wear and tear. These activities are against Turo and DriveShare terms of service and will void your protection plan.

Q: DOES MY RENTAL INCLUDE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF MILES?
A: Available miles will vary for each vehicle and depending on how many days your trip is. In general, we include plenty of miles to easily get you around the North Texas area. A multi-day rental provides enough miles for short road trips such as Waco or Choctaw Casino. Should you go over the included mileage on your trip, you will accrue an extra charge priced per mile according to each individual car.

Q: CAN I SMOKE IN YOUR CARS?
A: Please do not smoke or vape. Any evidence of smoking or vaping is subject to a cleaning charge of up to $250.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
A: No. We love our pets but we prioritize keeping our vehicles fresh and allergy free for the next renter.
